At the Men's Room online store we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. We will always do our best to ensure safe and speedy delivery of your orders. If you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know right away.

Due to the personal nature of many of the products we sell, some items are not returnable. Please carefully read the information provided below before making your purchases. We've provided detailed instructions on how to return any eligible products.

If you have purchased an item directly from one of our retail locations, please contact the store directly for information on returns and exchanges.


WHICH ONLINE PURCHASES CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

For hygiene and sanitary reasons some items are not eligible for returns. All sale/discounted items as well as event tickets are final sale.

CAN be exchanged:

  • Any product that was damaged in delivery
  • Any product that is defective upon delivery
     

CAN be returned for refund:

  • Any unopened/unused product within 30 days of receipt - the product needs to be in its original packaging and able to be resold.

CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Any opened/used product
  • Any unopened/unused product after 30 days of receipt
  • Event tickets
  • Sale or discounted items

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASES?

My item arrived damaged or is defective:

Please contact us immediately to inform us of any item that arrived in less than perfect condition. All you need to do is go to our returns portal via this link https://www.shopthemensroom.com/a/returns. You will require your order number and the email address used in making your purchase. Follow the prompts and we will resolve the situation quickly. When we get your request, we might ask you to send us a picture of the damaged or defective product so we can better assess the situation. Trust us we will be fast!

I want to return my purchase:

You are able to return any unopened or unused product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your delivery - the product needs to be in its original packaging and able to be resold. To process your return all you need to do is go to our returns portal via this link https://www.shopthemensroom.com/a/returns. You will require your order number and the email address used in making your purchase. Follow the prompts and we will get your return processed immediately. Your credit will be processed under the original payment method once the returned product has been received at our warehouse and inspected. We do not refund any original shipping fees.


WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

Once we have received your return request through our returns portal, we will approve the request and send you a confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label and return authorization number. This label needs to be placed on the exterior of the return package to cover the shipping costs, but it will also have your return authorization number and tracking number so both of us can track the shipment back to our warehouse for quick processing.
