What is your Refunds And Returns policy?

 

-  No refunds or exchanges on Event Tickets.

·    Any product that was damaged or defective upon delivery can be returned for a full refund.

·    For hygiene and sanitary reasons some items are not eligible for returns.

·    Unopened items may be returned in the original packaging at original pricing within 30 days, with proof of purchase

·    Clothing items must be returned in new condition, unwashed, no signs of wear unless manufacturer defect within 30 days.

·    Leather products may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, must be in new condition and never used.

·    No returns on personal items or underwear.

·    No refunds or exchanges on Event Tickets.

·    All sale or discounted items are final.

·    You will receive a refund to the original source of payment.

·    We  the right to deny any refund for any reason at our discretion.
